Q: Can I bring along my partner/friend who is not on the low FODMAP diet?
A: Whilst our gatherings are catered to people following the low FODMAP diet, we can’t say no to helping your friend or partner see just how delicious your diet can be, so if they’re happy to go low FODMAP, we’ll be happy to have them.
Q: Which low FODMAP guidelines do you follow and how strictly?
A: We will be guided by the low FODMAP diet guidelines from Monash University and FODMAP Friendly. We will do our best to cater everything low FODMAP, however in the case some items are medium FODMAP, this will be clearly noted on the day.
Q: What if I have additional dietary requirements?
A: Whilst we will do our best to make sure everyone can eat something, our gatherings will be hosted at different venues with different chefs, which means we may not always be able to cater to all additional dietary requirements other than the low FODMAP diet. Feel free to email us prior to purchasing your ticket to check in.
Q: What happens if I buy a ticket then cannot attend?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for our events, however tickets are transferable and you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. Please just let us know by emailing email@example.com.
